Mixing spirituality and religion is an ancient practice. For some reason, it will always be much easier to accept things whenever they come with the force of religion. Unfortunately, comparing spirituality and religion, is similar to comparing chalk and cheese! Should you see the above quote carefully, you will see just what I mean. As stated above, religion is belief in another person’s experiences. Not one religion on the planet, have their own basis on universal experiences. Spiritual practices possess the capacity to inspire and motivate you. Once we have spiritual routines or experiences, we find new reasons and obtain energised. An inspired person will succeed much more than individual who has no inspiration.

When we are spiritually awakened, we see life as increasing numbers of than simply an opportunity. We view it as an obligation. We take sound decisions to make healthier life choices. It is often scientifically proven that individuals that are spiritually inclined make better choices.

4. Self-Awareness

We all know ourselves very superficially. We’ve got absolutely no idea who we really are from within. That essential self-awareness is made through spirituality. As stated spirituality is definitely an inner process. It calls for knowing oneself from the inside. This knowledge of oneself is essential, as to reside in life well.

5. Helps achieve highest potential

There exists a major myth that believing in God or any supernatural force, making you spiritual. It’s not true in different sense. Because an atheist and a theist are certainly not different. Spirituality can not be taught. You can discover Yoga and religion from the Guru. But spirituality is only an individual experience. It can be something will come to you personally once you align your head, body and soul.

Another myth is that you have to go to many mountain top or some waterfront in order to possess a spiritual experience. It can is just not true. Think it is like this.

Mountains appear to be an attractive experience, to those that do not live encompassed by mountains. Ask people who live there, they are going to show you it can be nothing extraordinary! For the children, the city perhaps a spiritual experience!
