For several years I had tough times and I became driven to discover these particular things were happening in my experience.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, that we almost missed out on Life Hacks and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I am aware, that we was in preparation for my advancement. During those times it felt like I used to be residing in hell. The perception I had of my experience then was not great, I used to be more focused from the negative, filled with fear looking for somebody as well responsible and assume responsibility.
Then I discovered that we was not on your own going through tough times, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a little different to mine, they were still being challenged to the core, and this gave me comfort if you know the cruel journey was not exclusively for me. For this reason understanding I started to give myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which in fact had me within a mental prison for quite some time. The truth is we all have to pass through some tough times at different periods of our lives and no-one can tell why we need to have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we can do about this? A lot of people get stuck here, for this reason question. You know yourself you don’t can deal which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.
What you choose to do here will define the road that you’re going to follow. Lets take an example. Maybe you have felt just like you were a sufferer from a circumstance? What will happen that mindset is a spiralling down into negative emotions you will learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down from the dumps? This is extremely present with many people, we’ve got areas were we have been adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for us to make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, so when you begin to consentrate like this celebrate you lose your power over what is going on. When you are for the reason that mind-set or belief it is rather difficult to emerge from it, you’ll need something much more powerful than that mind-set that you should be free.
At this time most are asleep, so they need to wake off their slumber. If you are wake something changes, you feel alert to the way you have already been playing small , have become a sufferer. When you’re alert to this you open a door on your perception to change. The journey of being positive starts here and also this experience is what I call a shift into a new way of thinking. This transitioning use of transformation is often slow but definitely worth the wait.
You know that transitioning generally is a challenging time as you are working on releasing the previous so your new can placed in. The majority of us find change tough to take care of as obviously we very often combat any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in what we have been knowledgeable about which can be otherwise called the comfortable zone. In the comfortable zone many people we dwell there for days periods, what we don’t realise is always that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually good to go with all the flow instead of resisting and fighting. That you should accept the change and become in flow with it you’ll want a confident perception of instances that you are going through.
Essentially the most challenging question that numerous people ask you are able to make sure? Generally we have been creatures of habit find just changing one thing beyond our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
