With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to produce a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
A specialist in creating sculptors from metal scrap, whenever a client approached Nishant to make one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby baby girl is definitely an answer to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible opportunity to express the romance towards the higher power.

Regardless of the short notice, an undertaking that will require a dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly working day and night together with his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts needed to be handpicked so that they could fit in as being a jigsaw puzzle. The most difficult and challenging part was the whole process of hammering and bending the parts to own desire form of the body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors put into the task of executing the work in the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it can be made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10 to 15 mm in depth that had been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a whole metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been made from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts just to name some. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can also be created from gears, nuts, bolts as well as with a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created out of automobile scrap for his client, another problem for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
