I grabbed my first copy in the book A training course in Miracles circa 2005. I had heard it referenced by many from the spiritual teachers I became into during the time and figured I will probably check it out. I’d again be lying if I said I had created any revelation using this audio book, not because its content wasn’t sufficient, but because I downloaded it to my computer and never listened to it. Again, I went back to reading my others spiritual texts, now I’d advanced for the like of Ken Wilber & Sri Ramana Maharshi, definitely much harder to make believe understand what these were saying in conversation, however i tried.
One full year later, in 2008, i really enjoy seeing, I viewed my copy of the Course in Miracles and made the resolution i would certainly finally see clearly, and not only see clearly, but be aware of it! Well, I could point out that this time around I stuck with it, generally. I remembered the mp3 audio book I’d ripped to my library the previous year, so I uploaded it to my trusty iPod and began listening to it on various commutes. I found DU (because it’s often referred to by it’s readers) and was literally engulfed from the time I started.
